Corvere is developing clinical workflow software for healthcare organizations — closing the gaps in discharge follow-up, consultation tracking, and escalation documentation within the electronic health record environments clinicians already use.

Corvere ("we," "us," or "our") is a healthcare software company based in Wisconsin. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with our software products and this website.
Our data architecture
Corvere's software products are designed to operate within existing electronic health record (EHR) platforms via FHIR APIs. Our products access clinical data through the EHR's own secure environment and do not transmit, copy, or store protected health information (PHI) on Corvere's servers or any external systems. All patient data remains within the health system's EHR environment at all times.

How we use information

Aggregate analytics
Corvere may collect aggregate, de-identified performance metrics derived from interactions with our software products. These metrics reflect population-level workflow data — such as the percentage of follow-up appointments scheduled within a defined timeframe — and do not contain information that identifies any individual patient. No protected health information is included in or derivable from these metrics.
Aggregate metrics are computed within the EHR session and only the resulting figures are transmitted to Corvere's systems. Underlying patient records are never accessed, copied, or stored externally.
Third-party platforms
Our software products integrate with third-party EHR platforms, including Epic Systems Corporation. Data accessed through those integrations is governed by the health system's agreement with the EHR vendor and applicable law. Corvere's role is limited to presenting and acting on data within the EHR environment as authorized by the health system.
Data security
We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we do collect. Because our products are designed to avoid external storage of clinical data, the primary security controls for patient information remain with the health system and their EHR vendor.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
